Service times vary based on weather, route changes, equipment needs, and daylight.
Exact arrival times are not guaranteed.
You will be serviced on your scheduled day unless weather or safety requires a change.
2. Yard Access
Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured before your service window.
If we cannot access the yard, the visit may be skipped. A return trip may require an additional fee.
3. Lawn Height Policy
Lawns over 6 inches high require additional time, labor, and equipment wear.
An overgrowth fee will be added for grass taller than 6 inches or yards requiring multiple passes.
4. Dog Waste Policy
All dog waste must be picked up before your service day.
Dog waste is unsafe to mow over and can damage equipment or spread across the yard.
If waste is present, trimming or backyard service may be skipped.
Excessive waste may result in a dog waste removal fee (priced per load).
5. Items Left in the Yard
Please remove toys, hoses, décor, rocks, cables, and other objects before service.
Moose Mowing is not responsible for damage to items left in the yard or for equipment damage caused by hidden objects.
6. Flying Debris and Loose Gravel
Lawn equipment can cause rocks, sticks, acorns, and loose gravel to become flying objects.
Moose Mowing LLC is not responsible for damage caused by flying debris, including:
Windows
Vehicles
Outdoor décor
AC units
Fences
Screens
Customers are responsible for removing loose gravel or notifying us of areas that may pose a risk.
7. HOA Landscaping Approval
Moose Mowing LLC is not responsible for any landscaping, changes, or modifications that were not approved by your HOA.
Any work performed at the customer’s request is assumed to be HOA approved unless stated otherwise.
8. Weather Delays
Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety.
We will notify you of changes and adjust your service as soon as possible.
9. Payment Policy
Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made.
Accepted methods: cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and other common options.
Late payments may incur a late fee.
Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance.
Payments not made within 30 days may be subject to a mechanic’s lien in accordance with Texas law.
Receiving a service and not paying upon completion is the same as going out to dinner and walking out without paying for your meal — the work has already been done, and payment is expected at the time of service.
10. Debris and Cleanup
Standard mowing includes blowing grass clippings off hard surfaces.
Large debris, branches, heavy leaf buildup, or storm cleanup may require an additional fee.
11. Irrigation and Sprinklers
We are not responsible for damage to sprinkler heads or irrigation components that are not visible or are placed near mowing paths.
Please ensure sprinkler systems are off before service.

Plant health depends on watering, soil conditions, weather, and homeowner care.
Moose Mowing LLC is not responsible for plant loss due to lack of watering, pests, freeze damage, or extreme heat.
13. Property Preservation Services
