8. Do I need to be home during the service?
No, but we ask that your yard is accessible so we can complete the service efficiently. For safety reasons, please make sure pets are put away during the service.

10. What is your payment policy?
We strive to make payments simple and hassle-free. Here's how it works:
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and other common payment options.
When to Pay: Payment is required upon completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made.
Late Payments: If payment is delayed beyond the agreed-upon timeframe, a late fee may apply.
Cancellations: Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
11. What happens if bad weather impacts my scheduled service?
In the event of severe weather, we may need to reschedule your service for safety reasons. We will send out an email notification to inform you of any changes. We will do our best to catch up and get your schedule back on track as soon as possible.
