5. Do you offer same‑day service?

Most services require scheduling in advance, but if we have an opening, we may be able to accommodate same‑day requests. Reach out and we’ll check availability.

7. Do I need to be home during the service?

No. Just make sure the yard is accessible. For safety, please secure pets before we arrive.

9. What is your payment policy?

Payment Methods: Cash, credit/debit cards, Venmo, Zelle, and other common options.

When to Pay: Payment is due upon completion unless other arrangements are made.

Late Payments: A late fee may apply if payment is delayed.

Cancellations: Please cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

10. What happens if bad weather impacts my scheduled service?

Severe weather may require rescheduling for safety. We’ll notify you by email and work quickly to get your service back on track.

11. Are you insured?

Yes — we are fully insured.

12. Can you help with vacant or distressed properties?

Absolutely. We refresh vacant homes, clear overgrown lots, and prepare properties for sale or seasonal transitions.

13. Do you offer irrigation repairs?

Yes — we handle inspections, leak checks, head replacements, controller resets, and zone troubleshooting.

We do not install new irrigation systems, but can recommend someone.

14. Do you apply fertilizer or weed control?

We offer fertilizer application, which does not require a permit in Texas.

We do not apply herbicides or pesticides.

15. What should I do with my pets on service day?

Please keep pets indoors or secured. This helps us work safely and prevents accidental escapes.

16. What if my gate is locked?

If we cannot access your yard, we may need to reschedule. To avoid delays, please unlock gates before your service window.

17. Do you bag grass clippings?

We mulch by default because it’s healthier for your lawn.

Front‑yard bagging is available upon request.

18. How short do you cut the grass?

We mow at the recommended height for your grass type to keep it healthy and prevent stress or burn.

19. Do you haul away debris?

Yes — debris removal is available. Larger loads may require an additional disposal fee.
